FX – Sealed Inverter The Outback FX inverter is built for harsh environments, and can be tailored to the specific power conversion requirements of your off-grid application. Features including, sealed die-cast aluminum chassis, waterproofing, and a two-year warranty ensure reliable power when you need it.
GTFX – Sealed Grid Tie Inverter The OutBack GTFX inverter has all of the durable features of the FX and in addition can be tied into the grid allowing you to power your home or business and feed excess electricity back to the utility. It also has the added security feature of coupling with a secure source instant battery based back-up system in the event of an outage.
VFX – Vented Inverter The OutBack VFX inverter is a ventilated version of the original sealed FX model. The full-screened and “bug-proofed” vent openings allow cooler airflow through the internal electronics, making more AC power available and improved operation in extremely hot environments compared to the sealed FX series.
GCFX – Vented Grid Tie and Backup Inverter The OutBack GVFX inverter has all of the durable features and ventilation of the VFX and in addition can be tied into the grid allowing you to power your home or business and feed excess electricity back to the utility. It also has the added security feature of coupling with a secure source instant battery based back-up system in the event of an outage.
